Q1: Sample Rule
A: We prepare quality samples free of charge. For the first-time cooperation, the postage would be at customer's cost. After order confirmation, we will refund it to you. In the next cooperations, it's at our cost.
Q2: Lab Dips and Strike Offs
A:1.For dyed fabric: Provide with color swatches or Pantone number, we finish in 2-4 business days.
2.For printed fabric: Confirm the designs, we make computer artworks for approval first then send strike offs in 5-7 business days before bulk production.
